Travel
As we transition into the cooler months, I have been sticking to a more subtle colour palette, and embracing all sorts of different detailing, prints and textures to bring my outfits to life. Here is my list of fashion obsessions for this month…
FRILLS
If you haven’t already noticed, I have been rocking frills non-stop! Whether it is a top, skirt or dress, frill detailing adds such a fun vibe and can really jazz up any outfit. Rather than wearing plain frills, try playing around with different textures, patterns and colours to make your outfit truly unique. I am currently obsessed with these fun, frilly styles from Ixiah, Alice McCall and Sass & Bide.
ALL BLACK EVERYTHING
As we head into the cooler season, black pieces are an absolute staple for me. You can never have too much black in your wardrobe! Lately, I have been combining basic black layers, with black statement jackets and accessories. To ensure my outfits stay on-trend, I have been getting creative with outerwear, shoes and bags. Check out my current obsessions from Haut Boheme, Misha Collection and Tony Bianco.
AUTUMN FLORALS
I love wearing florals all year round. To transition my wardrobe from summer to the cooler seasons, I have been selecting prints with a more autumn-inspired neutral colour palette, rather than the bright and loud prints that I would usually wear during the summertime. I’m currently in love with these prints from Ginger & Smart, the upcoming collection from my label Slinkii Athletic and Showpo.
TASSEL DETAILING
One of my current favourite details to incorporate in my day-to-day style is tassels! I have been loving them as earrings, on my fashion pieces and accessories. They’re a super fun way to add some character and a touch of tribal-luxe to any outfit. Check out these tassel-inspired pieces I am currently loving from Alice McCall, Gold Ordon and Sass & Bide.
