One of my favourite ways to explore new places and cultures is to simply walk through the local streets and absorb the hustle and bustle unique to each city. Here I have compiled a list of some of the most beautiful and unique – not to mention, most instagrammable – streets found around the world. Some of these are definitely on my lust list of places to visit next! (Morocco, we’ll see you soon!)

THE BLUE CITY IN Chefchaouen, morocco

Also known as the Blue City, these gorgeous streets of Chefchaouen feature every shade of blue you can imagine.

 

MONTE PERTICA STREET IN ALBEROBELLO, ITALY

This small town is rich with culture and history and has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Take a stroll down Monte Pertica Street, where you’ll see traditional white “trulli” houses which are unique to this area. You’ll feel like you’ve gone back in time.

NAFPLIO IN PELOPONNESE, GREECE

Shaded with vibrant flowers and plants, the small town of Nafplio is arguably one of the most romantic and gorgeous spots you’ll ever visit.

 

EL CAMINITO IN LA BOCA, ARGENTINA

El Caminito is a street museum featuring traditional alleyways of colourful houses, cafes and bars.

 

TUNNEL OF LOVE IN OBREJA, ROMANIA

The ‘tunnel of love’ is recognised as one of the most romantic and dreamy places in the world. It’s not hard to understand why, as it looks like something straight out of a Disney tale! This abandoned railway is carefully tucked away by lush foliage, so you’ll be lucky to find it!

This quirky street lies the heart of Paris and features a burst of pastel colour houses. Arguably, one of the prettiest streets we’ve ever seen!

CHERRY BLOSSOM AVENUe iN bonn, germany

Cherry Blossom Avenue comes to life every Spring when the pink blossoms are in full bloom, creating the most dreamy floral roof stretching down the entire street.
